Saturday Update!

Tomorrow is the first day of the Loving Mr. Darcy Launch Fete! Get out your copies of Mr. and Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy and start thinking of what you want to discuss. I’ll be near the computer all day to answer questions and join in (except for the early morning when I am at church).

Several people have reported that Barnes & Noble are shipping the pre-orders of Loving Mr. Darcy, and one friend reported getting her copy yesterday! She says it is gorgeous! Amazon, B&N, and Powells online show the book as available. Links to online markets can be found on the Purchasing page. If anyone receives their copy LET ME KNOW!!! Send an email or write it here and send a picture too! I would LOVE that!

My editor informed me that Sourcebooks is diligently working to get ALL of their titles onto electronic device download (Kindle, Sony, etc.) by the end of the year. Several of the Casablanca books already are. As soon as I receive news of my books on Kindle, I will pass it on. Next year all new releases will simultaneously be in print and e-book format, so The Darcys at Year’s End should be in both right off the bat.

I haven’t heard any reports of seeing it on a store shelf, but that should be soon. Again, let me know! I am DYING to hear how it looks! I, to my severe annoyance, have not gotten my copies as yet. Grrr….. There was a delay in printing so Sourcebooks had to ship to the buyers first rather than me. I suppose that is a good thing, but it is killing me not to see it myself! As soon as I get it I’ll be sharing photos, you can be sure of that!

News on Target: For reasons that are unclear to me, Target will not have Loving Mr. Darcy until mid-October. I think their ordering plan-o-gram is different. I am very sorry to have mislead anyone, but I honestly assumed it would be in at the same time. My editor did too, not realizing the fact until 3 days ago! I do apologize, but the good news is that it WILL be in Target (that a huge advantage) and Mr. & Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy is still there and will continue to be stocked in the months to come.
