It is official – the title of the fourth book has been changed and I have a new cover! I have known about the title change for 2 or 3 weeks now, but wanted to wait until I had an image to share. Well, I just received that today and am dying to reveal! Here it is—–
I did not have a huge problem with Romancing Mr. Darcy. In fact, I liked it just fine, but I did feel it was too similar to Loving Mr. Darcy. In the Arms of Mr. Darcy is a vision that is divine, don’t you think? Plus it has the implication of the many people and situations that are his to care for and manage. That idea is a major theme in this novel, so I am VERY pleased!! Of course, as we know nothing is completely final until the book comes out. LOL! But my editor conveys the delight and positive feedback from everyone at Sourcebooks, including Dominique. And if the publisher is happy, that says it all.
I adore this cover image. This painting of “Mr. Darcy” is my favorite. I still think he resembles a certain British actor dear to my heart. Agree? The ballroom scene is stunning – I have had this in my Gallery for ages – and since there are several balls in this novel, it is perfect even if the style of dress is not precisely Regency.
In the Arms of Mr. Darcy is now listed on Amazon and B&N, but not yet with an image or available for pre-order. I will keep you posted on that. For now, feel free to gush!
