I thank you for your Monday Blog , I look forward to reading it . You seem to have a knack for answering questions I have. I must admit I would not want to be a woman with no money or family or connections in this time period. The woman , who worked , worked hard , long hours , and was at the mercy at the family she worked for. Darcy , is praised for being a good master , I can see why. He did not use them as sex objects , if you pardon me for being blunt. He treated them with kindness , and trust. You show in your writing the two sides , of Darcy very well, To become Master of Pemberly at twenty two and guardian of his sister must have been very hard , on a shy , and troubled man.
As you suggested I have ordered the two books in your blog from Amazon. I am looking forward to reading them.
I must thank you , for bringing my favorite book to live again to me , I am reading the original Jane Austin “Pride and Prejudice ” now and looking for ward to reading the rest of your series after that.
I do hope you continue to write till all six children are born. The love between the Darcy’s is something to look forward to when the winter is long and you live alone.
Thank you again .
