Great answers Megan. There’s a date? It still says coming soon down below? When is it so I can hold my finger over the buy with one click button?

Leah

He says please? Seriously, I’ll have to watch it again too! I thought I had it memorized! Love to know other’s crazy as me!
So anxious to see a date instead of “coming soon” on the new book!

Tracy

Megan is spot on, but 14 might be when he whispered, ‘please’?

Megan Meraz

How have I never noticed that! Better go rewatch the entire movie again 😉

Stephanie L

I agree with Megan. I think I’ve seen it too many times when I can hear the dialog rolling on a movie screen in my head. LOL Great answers Megan!

Regina Jeffers

Ah, Shucks! You beat me to it!
I watched this one again last evening.

This movie was my introduction to Jane Austen! I’d never read the books when I saw it and now I’ve seen it I don’t know how many times

1. She is tolerable I daresay, but not handsome enough to tempt me.

2. The shame of having such a mother!

3. Charlotte Lucas

4. 15

5. His cousin, his first name is never stated

6. Lizzy says this to Charlotte about Mr Collins when Charlotte tells her about their engagement

7. I think Kitty says this (it’s kinda dark) when Lady Catherine comes knocking on the door late at night but Kitty thinks it might be Mr Bingley changing his mind about his engagement to Jane.

8. Oh gosh, I know she says you have to be good at singing, playing, drawing, dancing, and the modern languages to deserve the word? I feel like there’s more but can’t remember! And I remember Darcy saying a woman must improve her mind by extensive reading, and looks down at Lizzy’s book which she proceeds to slam shut. Ha!

9. George Whickam is the son of the late Mr Darcy’s Steward. He is a lieutenant … when he looks at Lizzy and says “an enchanted lieutenant” and she blushes and we all scream “NO LIZZY NOOO!!!”

10. Mr Bennet points out to Mr Collins how fortunate he is to have the talent of flattering with such delicacy.

11. Mrs Bennet says this (who else, really) when they see Mr Bingley walking up to the house. Such a great scene.

12. “Only the deepest love will persuade me into matrimony which is why I will end up an old maid”

13. Lady Catherine lectured Charlotte (I guess more properly at this point Mrs Collins) that the only way she will be good at the piano is if she practices. Lizzy then reiterates his aunts advice to him.

14. “Forgive me, Madame, for taking up so much of your time”
That line will be etched into my brain for all eternity, probably.

15 “Lizzy, for everyday; My pearl, for Sundays; and Goddess Divine, but only on very special occasions”
“And what shall I call you when I’m cross, Mrs Darcy?”
“No! No. You may only call me Mrs Darcy when you are completely, perfectly, and incandescently happy”

Alright well I think we can agree I’ve seen this movie way to much since I can probably quote the whole thing by heart
