Just finished reading your latest book 'The Passions of Dr Darcy'. I had been waiting for what seemed a long time, ever since Dr Darcy first appeared. It was well worth the wait as it was the best read ever and so hard to put down when the necessities like eating and sleeping get in the way. It's got to be a best seller!

Thank you so much, Lis! I am thrilled that you loved the novel. George's life is something else, that's for sure :-) I appreciate the well wishes and am crossing my fingers on the "best seller" part too. LOL! Hugs, Sharon

Sharon you're the best. I had read everything I could my hands on regarding sequels but only ones I deemed of the calibur of P&P. Your books are so great because they spin off the movie which is slightly different so it's like a whole different perspective. Are you going to keep writing? I am up to book 4 and am sure I'll be through volume 5 in a week or two. Was hoping to see this series continue since I am so invested! :) Maybe I should read The Trouble with Mr. Darcy before I ask this since you may close out the series but I hope not. Thanks for sharing your talent!

Thank you, Dana! To be honest, I "ended" TTWMD so that it could stay there, especially with my novella in A Darcy Christmas giving a glimpse of how life went on for the Darcys. At the time I was a tad burned out, and wanted to explore secondary characters, as I did with Georgiana and George. Now, however, I feel differently. Guess I needed the break! I am carrying on the family, I assure you. It just may take a while! Be patient :-)
Thanks SO much for the feedback. Sharon

OMG I can't put it down! I love the whole family. My new husband is not so keen as I don't like to have to look up from my book to make tea or do house work. Please keep them coming.

HaHa, Ruth! I can relate completely, both as a reader and a writer. My husband finally gave up - now we have a housekeeper and he does the cooking! Thanks SO much for the lovely words. I am doing my best to "keep them coming." :-) Sharon

Dear Sharon,

Your books have been a breath of fresh air for me. I stumbled upon them when I was searching desperately for a new book to read. I picked up the first novel then 3 days later the second. After reading the third novel I patiently (well maybe not so patiently) waited for the next to come out and so on. Pride and Prejudice is such a wonderful and timeless story and I'm so glad I found your novels. I have read them all several times and enjoy them so much. You are a wonderful author. I wish you a successful career and can hardly wait to read your next master piece!

Make it a great day!

Sincerely, Ashley Bolton

Dear Sharon,

Thank you for all your hard work! I am absolutely in love with your books.
I was just wondering if you have plans on continuing with the story of Elizabeth and William? Volume Six? Or do you think your next book will explore a story of some other characters?

Thank you in advance for your response, Anastasia

Thank you, Anastasia! I will definitely continue with Lizzy and Darcy. I do have many other stories I wish to explore as well, however, so what gets finished next will depend upon my fickle muse! I am working on the job, though, so be patient with me. Hugs, Sharon

Hi Sharon,
I fell upon your Darcy series by accident at my local Chapters Bookstore. Well I wish more accidents like that would happen because what a wonderful series. Since I'm joining you late in the game, I purchased them all in one shot and have read them all one right after another. Now I'm going thru withdrawal and I can't wait for April 2013 so I can get my hands on The Passions of Dr. Darcy. Thanks for keeping Pride & Prejudice alive.

Indeed a fortunate accident, Theresa-Rose! Thank you very much for sharing this with me. I appreciate your kind words :-) April 2 is right around the corner! Hugs, Sharon

Finally bought "Miss Darcy Falls in Love" and I'm so looking forward to "The Passions of Dr. Darcy." I must say George is one of my favorite characters. I'm so glad that you gave him life.

I absolutely love your series of Darcy books. I've read several and these are by far my favorites.
